Bella Via is a 2,000 home master planned community developed by Pulte Homes, located in Mesa, Arizona.  Land Group Real Estate worked on behalf of the receiver and JP Morgan/Chase Bank to achieve a sale of the property.  Land Group Real Estate acted as the broker, selling the property to Richmond American Homes for $6.6M, cash.  

Travis Park Residential Community - Goodyear, Arizona - 163 Finished Residential Lots

Land Group Real Estate worked on behalf of the receiver and JP Morgan/Chase Bank to complete the sale of 163 finished residential lots located in Goodyear, Arizona to Crown West/Voyager investments.  Land Group acted as the broker, selling the property for $3.9M, cash.
